Dressed in a suit, Buress arrived in an SUV with his lawyer. He's expected to enter a not guilty plea to one charge of illegal possession of a weapon, a felony, once he's arraigned.

The arrignment is scheduled for 1PM today. (watch the video of Plax on his way in for arrignment above)

PLAXICO SHOT HIMSELF in the thigh...WITH HIS OWN GUN!!!! Apparently it happened in a nigh club on Friday night/Saturday Morning when Plax's gun slipped down his pant leg. It went off when he tried putting it back into place. Dip$%#t.

Plax's teammate linebacker Antonio Pierece was there and apparently tried to help Plax to hide the gun...so his managers are doing major damage control to keep him from receiving felony charges.

Thanks for the nice comments coming in about my show being cancelled on FM 1071. As you can imagine, I am dissappointed I wont be on the air everyday. I have made lots of friends the last year and am fortunate I had the opportunity. My on-air friend taught me a lot about truck nuts and  positive thinking so thats what I am working on right now (getting a pair of truck nuts and thinking positive:)

As for my future at FM 1071, The janitorial job was taken, so instead of the substitute teacher Ill be the substitute show host. Think the kids will act as horribly on the air as they do in class?

I also have a great family and friends both on air and off and have a thriving company that I can continue to grow (not so subliminal hint... buy printing and direct mail from me at www.printz.com we print 4-color locally - project is done in 24 hours -  and shipping is free!)

My last full time official day is 12/19.

I'M HERE IN BIRMINGHAN UNITED KINGDOM IN THE HOSPITAL AFTER A MOTORBIKE ACCICDENT ON FRIDAY NIGHT/SATURDAY MORNING AND I HAVE BEEN REALLY BORED SINCE THE DOCTORS BROUGHT ME AROUND FROM THE ANISTECTIC.

I HAVE GOT 6 TO 8 WEEKS IN HOSPITAL. AND THEN ANOTHER YEAR IN PYSIO TO HELP MY MUSCLE TO GROW BACK AND LEARN HOW TO WALK AGAIN.

CRASHING YOUR BIKE IS NOT A GOOD IDEA ESPECIALY INTO AN ARTICULATED TRUCK. I AM LUCKY TO BE HERE AND THE GOOD MAN UPSTAIRS IS TRULY LOOKING OUT FOR ME.

David Hughes is absolutely right to bash Veronon Bogdanor, the constitutional expert, who has, with his eye for making wrong calls on issues such as Proportional Representation, completely missed the point about the Damian Green affair.

It reminded me of a wonderful line in Matt d'Ancona's column in the Sunday Telegraph at the weekend: "a 'constitutional expert' being defined as a historian who gives journalists his home phone number".

According the news yesterday a Chinese man was arrested for throwing the dead body of his mother into a river because he could not afford a funeral for her.I have to wonder if anything could be more emotionally damaging for anyone than the plight this man found himself in.

As the credit crunch bites deeper in the Chinese economy and rising unemployment thrusts millions into abject poverty similar situations will become more commonplace in China and must be worrying for the Chinese government, whom already do hold the approval of the majority of their people.

Perhaps the credit crunch will have the effect of hurrying along the reformation of China's political system towards a more democratic system. Whilst this would no doubt benefit the people from a human rights point of view, I wonder what negative effects  the loss of centralised control will have on the Chinese economy

I see that Sharon Shoesmith has been sacked by Haringey Council and two others, including the leader of the Council George Meehan, have had to resign. Ed Balls has called the report "Devastating". Rest in Peace, Baby P.
